Having a strong foundation and basics like getting enough sleep, eating your meals, your home is clean, you're taking care of yourself can really help you. When the foundation is a bit shaky these things can overwhelm us. If the basics are not taken care of the rest of your life can be a mess. Take care of yourself first! The solutions to some problems are often just the simplest little things and they will help to clear your head and environment. Making adjustments in your daily life can decrease your stress and make things less overwhelming.
