Way over-explained, and a little misguided, but he haltingly and awkwardly trying to explain 'Anchoring' a technique developed by Richard Bandler, the man who created, defined and popularized NLP. Anyone interested in this should check out the 'condiment anchoring' video by the essential skills group (Kim Mcfarland in this case) for actual examples.
